Legal Age. Article 12 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978

Abstract

The present study aims to exam the age in the spanish legal system. We will start to give a concept, to later to examine the regulation constitutional. After, the study will focus to give a visión of the treatment about underage status inside to different legal areas, checking if it is in line with the regulation of the Spanish Constitution.
