The subsystem of fundamental rights

Abstract

In this work, it is intended to give an account about the conformation of fundamental rights, influencing its systematicity and the factors that intervene in a more influential way. In order to carry out this analysis, we will examine the concept of the legal system, going further into the concrete study of the subsystem of fundamental rights, to continue with the explanation of the context in which they are inserted and the contribution of some of their modalities. Finally, we present a series of conclusions that lead us to the change of paradigm and the existence of a plural and complex context that clearly affects the subsystem of fundamental rights.
