The political judment in the self called «4ª Transformacion» of Mexico. Some notes
Abstract
Under the premise that previous of the implementation of the self called «Cuarta Transformacion» (4T) in the mexican state, the procedure of the political judgment was obsolete, surpassing for the circumstances and mexican reality; that was necessary a redefinition of such instrument to made a truly control or defence of the constitutional interest.
The way in which the 4T gubernants acts, as well as the legal-political scenery generated in both the federal and local environments, is esteem that these mechanism, even though with the inadequacy it has, will be used with authoritarian overtones, in against of the ends for the which was instituted, and with it, contrary to the our own Constitution.
In agreement with the above, this collaboration holds the need of think twice the useful, as the actual framework regulatory of the figure in study, likewise, redefine specific aspects that the author details.
