Abstract

This article aims to reflect on the 2030 Agenda and the importance of culture, education, right to Peace and dissemination through technological advances that the rights to freedom of speech and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to eliminate the serious inconvenience to sustainable development posed by insecurity, censorship and limited access to justice.
