Abstract

The text aims to study a couple of issues dealing with the political rights of the Spanish Armed Forces members, given the new legal frame settled in the 9/2011 Organic Act. After a brief review of it, and after doing the same thing with the constitutional jurisprudence ruled in the matter, it would be consider how the political neutrality principle is an acceptable constitutional limit when constricting those political rights.
