Abstract

The link between the Mexican economic constitutional law and economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights, is displayed in the National Development Plan, which in turn is linked with state economic function and, in the patrimonial character share those rights to be effective, an attribute that is derived from the application of the theory of the fundamental rights of Robert Alexy, specifically from the perspective of the rights to something from the state as its object focus of this writing.
