Abstract

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the influence that the Spanish Constitu well as the treatment of the rights and freedoms recognized in said Constitution. For this, an analysis will be carried out on the different meanings of the term nation from its origins, as well as the interpretation made by the Constitutional Court on it.
