Abstract

The regulation of good governance is a new requirement for administrations to achieve better protection of the constitutionally protected general interest. In the case of the Valencian Community, the new Law 1/2022, of April 13, is committed to said good governance, and it does so mainly by establishing some principles of action, mandatory for regional public offices, to understand what is or is not considered to fall into this category. In the present work an analysis of the content of these principles is carried out, mostly based on indeterminate legal concepts, which require a study to outline some ideas that serve as a reference for when they will be considered adequately applied and what difficulties prevent their correct achievement.
