Abstract
El libro que se comenta recoge algunos ensayos de Carlos Ruiz Miguel, Catedrático de Derecho Constitucional de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, publicados entre 1994 y 2012. El hilo conductor que liga las cuatro partes del volumen, ordenados de modo eficaz, se encuentra en la verificación de la validez de los principios clásicos del Constitucionalismo a la luz de los desarrollos llevados a cabo en el marco europeo. Evoluciones e innovaciones, ya sea de algunos institutos singulares ya sea de las teorías doctrinales, ofrecen un cuadro articulado de entre los cuales el autor considera los éxitos y los fracasos del constitucionalismo.Publicación en línea: 23 diciembre 2014
