All articles published must incorporate a gender perspective in their research. To this end, authors are encouraged to use the University of Deusto's Guide for Incorporating a Gender Perspective in Teaching and Research.

The instructions for reviewers include a specific item regarding incorporating a gender perspective in research.

The journal Estudios de Deusto: Revista de Derecho Público is committed to using inclusive and gender-neutral language.
All articles will be published using the authors' full names.

The journal's commitment to gender equality is reflected in the composition of the editorial team, as well as in the percentage of female authors and reviewers.
