Abstract

This article analyzes the relationship between natural truth and legal truth. What the law says and affirms as true, according to his authority, does not always correspond with the truth, perceived or discovered by reason. Thus, although in most cases the ordering security waiver by the certainty that comes from reality in a direct and natural, not lack opportunities that laws themselves create legal reality.
