Constitutional reform and the new Economic Governance of the European Union

Abstract

This article analyzes the new Economic Constitucion of the EU, after the new legislative measures implemented in order to deal with the current economic crisis. Besides, the author will also focus on the new Spanish constitutional reform of 2011 under the light of the new Economic Constitution of the EU.
