Abstract

The importance of the mechanism referred to as Pre-Pack and its incipient use in our country makes it essential to direct our gaze towards those countries that already have a certain tradition in the field in order to be able to anticipate the effects that are expected to produce the use of this mechanism by the insolvency agents in Spain. In this sense, while the Anglo-Saxon countries such as the United Kingdom or the United States have a greater background in the matter, The continental countries are recently adapting their insolvency systems to this new trend for which one thing can only be clear: it is here to stay.
