Abstract

This work tries to offer an analysis of the regulation of privacy video surveillance in places of public access in the German Law from the point of view of data protection right. The central core of this study is the examination of the paragraph 6b of the federal law of data protection and of the jurisprudence dictated on this question in which does not forget the most important doctrinal reflections on the topic either.
