The Competence Crossroads of the Spanish Electrical System

Abstract

The distribution of competences between the State and the Autonomous Communities in electricity matters has brought with it an arduous debate, which has finally been resolved by the Constitutional Court (although with a long-time lapse). In fact, it has been this body that has been in charge of delimiting the competences in the resolution of very specific aspects that are applicable to it and that are the object of analysis in this work.
