Abstract

Lorenzo Federico Pace, profesor de Derecho de la Unión Europea en la Università degli Studi del Molise (Italia) publica una nueva monografía sobre la propia esencia de la Unión Europea (UE) que llega en un momento crítico necesitado de reflexión. En efecto, si en esta ocasión investiga sobre la naturaleza jurídica en el contexto de la crisis pandémica, con anterioridad lo hizo sobre el régimen jurídico del euro y la importancia que tuvo el nacimiento de la Unión Económica y Monetaria para que Europa volviera a salir unida después de la crisis económica y financiera mundial iniciada en 2008.
