Abstract

Globalization causes a change of paradigm and is also an extraordinary challenge for the Constitutional Law. Basic concepts of the Constitutional Doctrine like «Power», «State», «People» or «Constitution» are in crisis. This new global frame needs a new constitutional language. New epistemological instruments are required to understand the new global reality through the Constitutional Law. We propose to import concepts and theories from the quantic physics to the Constitutional Doctrine, like «decoherence», «entropy» or «the quantic theory of information».
