Parliamentary inelegibilities of senior officers and state management staff: the need for reform

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the ineligibilities established in the LOREG [electoral legislation], namely those established with absolute or partial character for certain senior officers of the State and the managerial staff, proposing a modification of the norm that resolves the dysfunctionalities existing in some of them.
